Training on the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in administrative reform work 2024
The specialized training course “Application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Administrative Reform” with the participation of leaders and officials from provincial departments, branches, and sectors; leaders and officials from the People’s Committees of districts, towns, and cities was organized as part of the activities to celebrate the National Digital Transformation Day and Quang Binh Province Digital Transformation Day in 2024, on October 10, 2024. Organized by the Department of Information and Communications in collaboration with the ABAII Institute of Blockchain Technology and Artificial Intelligence.

Speaking at the training class, Comrade Hoàng Hữu Thái, Director of the Department of Information and Communications, emphasized: Artificial Intelligence (AI) is the foundational technology of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, playing an important role in creating breakthrough developments in production capacity, enhancing national competitiveness, and promoting sustainable economic growth.
In the context of rapid digital transformation, the application of AI in administrative tasks is not only an inevitable trend but also a practical solution that helps shorten the time to complete tasks and improve the quality of advisory services in assigned specialized fields.
Main contents of the training session
At the training class, the participants were provided with foundational knowledge about AI and how to practically apply useful AI tools in administrative work. The training content includes: An overview of AI and its applications in state management; Application of AI in text processing; Using AI as a decision support tool; Master the use of AI tools: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Studio, Microsoft Design, Leonardo; Applying tools in daily work.
The training class was highly praised for its practicality, relevant content, and scientific, effective organization. The instructors have adopted flexible teaching methods, facilitating students’ acquisition of knowledge and skills in using AI according to the set objectives.
This training activity not only raises awareness about the application of AI technology but also provides practical solutions for administrative work in Quang Binh. The application of AI with the ability to automate complex processes helps reduce the burden on officials and civil servants, while also optimizing the decision-making process based on data analysis. Thanks to that, the management efficiency at the provincial administrative agencies will be improved, contributing to the promotion of the administrative reform and digital transformation process in Quang Binh province.
