To expand the scale of the event and ensure the participation of leaders from central ministries and sectors, as well as many important strategic partners within the program framework, the organizers of the Hue Digital Transformation Week 2024 have just announced a rescheduling of the event from October 25 to November 15-16.
The Hue Digital Transformation Week 2024 will officially be held in mid-November at the Melia Vinpearl Hue Hotel.
With the theme “Artificial Intelligence (AI) Accelerating Socio-Economic Development,” the Digital Transformation Week – Hue 2024 aims to raise awareness of digital transformation at all levels, sectors, and localities in building a digital government; encourage public participation, and emphasize the role, significance, and benefits of digital transformation. At the same time, create opportunities for exchange and cooperation between State agencies and businesses providing digital transformation products and solutions using artificial intelligence, contributing to the promotion of digital society and digital economy development.
As an annual event organized by VINASA and the provincial People’s Committee since 2021, this year’s Digital Transformation Week features a variety of programs and events: conferences, exhibitions & VIP tours, consultations, seminars, and digital transformation advisory connections. Among them, the plenary session of the conference has the theme: AI – Accelerating Digital Transformation; Workshop 1: AI in Agriculture and Workshop 2: AI in Transportation.

What does VIIF Week have?
The key highlight of the event is to focus on introducing AI solutions, discussing ways to strongly promote the application of this technology in all fields, organizations, businesses, and the people of Hue, with an emphasis on government and enterprises, agriculture, and transportation.
The Digital Transformation Week – Hue 2024 also features side activities: An exhibition of exemplary platform products and AI solutions organized by VINASA in collaboration with the Department of Information and Communications and the Provincial Information Technology Center (HueCIT). Visiting the digital transformation achievements of Hue implemented by HueCIT in collaboration with the Smart Urban Monitoring and Operation Center (IOC). The cultural heritage tour activities in Hue are organized by the Department of Tourism in coordination with the Hue Monuments Conservation Center.
According to the plan, the contents and activities in response to the National Digital Transformation Day in Thua Thien Hue province will be organized in line with the set theme, with the right purpose, ensuring cost-effectiveness, safety, and efficiency; creating unity and synchronization in the coordination work between state agencies, associations, businesses, and socio-political organizations. Maximize social resources to actively respond and participate in event activities.
